B. Milestones
- Pain Relief Strategies
- It will be done in the first to third sessions, depends on the pain severity
- Empower patient to manage pain at home/ office, e.g. by the use of pain relief modalities
- Relaxation
- Graded household activities and appropriate therapeutic exercises
- Functional Restoration: in the first 5 sessions
- Realistic Function Goal Setting and the rehabilitation strategies
- Rehabilitation with cognitive behavioral approach when indicated: in the first 10 sessions
- Pacing, graded exercise program (Photo: treadmill, cycling), daily living activities (ADL) adjustment
- To achieve quantifiable functional outcomes and ADL independent

- Return to work or specific training for sports
