Power plate is a vibrating platform which moves 20-50 Hz in three directions (up/down, forward/backward and side-to side). It makes use of the body’s reflexive response to vibration and aiming to enhance training result. Studies shown some evidence to support the use of vibration to improve strength, flexibility and proprioception in some population groups.
