Work Rehabilitation

The primary aim is to optimise work participation after injury in a multidisciplinary evidence-based approach.

Any persons who have injury and with work disability are suitable to receive work rehabilitation.

In order to determine an individual's physical capacity, sustainable functional abilities and patient’s job requirement after injury, Physiotherapy Centrer offers:

Job analysis is an objective measure of the physical and functional requirements of a job
  • Important tool to have work transition planning
  • To identify essential and non-essential tasks that can be modified or using adaptive devices
  • Determinate the job suitability for clients

The Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) provides a comprehensive, objective assessment of the person's body function and safe physical abilities and determines their safe maximal level of function.

An ergonomic assessment is an in-depth analysis performed to assess the relationship between the environment and the worker. Ergonomic advice will also be provided.

Matching between patient’s capacity and job requirement à to devise physiotherapy treatment planning targeted at early return to work.
